  • (ii) During his tenure as CRPF DG, Anish Dayal Singh launched over 36 forward operating bases and added four new battalions in Naxal-affected regions. He restructured 130 battalions to reduce deployment distance, improving troop welfare and efficiency. He also oversaw security operations during the 2024 Lok Sabha and Jammu & Kashmir Assembly elections.
