In May 2025, New Delhi-based Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) finalized the Levelized Cost of Hydrogen (LCOH) for setting up India’s largest Green Hydrogen Generation Unit at its Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex in Panipat, Haryana.
