In May 2025, Citigroup Inc., a leading multinational investment bank based in New York, United States of America (USA), appointed Prashant Thakker as the Head of its Corporate Bank for South and Southeast Asia, with immediate effect. He currently oversees Citi’s Capital Management across Japan, Asia North, Australia, and Asia South.
