On November 28, 2024, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi launched the 'Eklavya' digital platform, a significant milestone in modernizing officer training. The project was created at zero cost with the collaboration of Gandhinagar (Gujarat) based Bhaskaracharya National Institute of Space Applications and Geoinformatics (BISAG-N) and support from the Directorate General of Information Systems (DGIS).
