In November 2024, NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited, partnered with ONGC Green Limited (OGL), a subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), to establish ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (ONGPL).
