In November 2024, Indian Railways (IR) launched the Pan-India 'Sanraksha' mobile app, aimed at improving passenger safety by enhancing the training of safety staff. The app uses advanced technologies like data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to offer smart learning and real-time feedback.

  • - Ravinder Goyal, Member of Operations and Business Development at the Railway Board, launched the app, which was designed by Dilip Singh, an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer currently serving as the Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (SDCM) in Nagpur SCR.
