In May 2025, the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), India’s premier telecom R&D institution under the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications (MoC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research – National Physical Laboratory (CSIR-NPL), located in New Delhi (Delhi). CSIR-NPL is India’s National Metrology Institute (NMI).
