On January 08, 2025, Henley & Partners, based in London (United Kingdom), released the annual Henley Passport Index 2025. According to the index, Singapore has regained its position as the world's most powerful passport, offering visa-free access to 195 out of 227 destinations worldwide.

  • - India's rank has fallen from 80th position in 2024 to 85th position in 2025 on the Henley Passport Index. The country now offers visa-free access to only 57 destinations, a decline from 62 destinations in 2024.
