India and the UAE held the 4th Strategic Dialogue on December 12, 2024, and the 15th Joint Commission Meeting on December 13, 2024, in New Delhi, co-chaired by Dr. S. Jaishankar and His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The discussions focused on expanding the strategic partnership in areas such as defence, emerging technologies, nuclear energy, critical minerals, and renewable energy. Both sides reviewed the progress in implementing the India-UAE Joint Vision Statement of 2022 and emphasized cooperation in various fields, including trade, energy, education, and healthcare.
